A problem statement will be given, which should be solved overnight and will be evaluated on spot by the judges.

RULES

1. A team must contain minimum 2 and maximum of 3 participants.
2. A problem statement will be given on spot and a solution in terms of program/app must be given.
3. The timings are: evening of 19th April 2024 8pm up to morning 6 am of 20th April 2024.
4. Once the participants enter the venue, they are not supposed to leave the venue until 6am.
5. The participants must abide by all the rules and maintain the decorum of the venue.
6. The participants can bring their own laptops or use the machines provided and software requirements will be intimated.
7. Refreshments will be given and few fun activities will be conducted during the event.
8. The Judges decision is final.

Concept Carnival offers students a platform to present both technical papers and posters, promoting creativity and scholarly exploration across various disciplines within the computer science and engineering field.

RULES

1. The team should consist of maximum of 4 members.
2. The paper should be according to the specified IEEE format.
3. If a team has any innovative idea that must be presented through a poster.
4. Each team must prepare one poster.
5. Selected students will be intimated via email.
6. The time allotted for presentation is 10+2 minutes.
7. Selected papers and posters should be submitted at the selection counter on the day of paper presentation (02 hardcopies and 01 softcopy).
8. Students must send a soft copy of the paper for evaluation.
