RULES

1. Team size of brainstorm event: Individual or maximum 4 members per team.
2. Rules of the event:
   • Individual or max 4 members per team.
   • Participants shall build their prototype model in advance before the brainstorm event.
   • Participants shall exhibit their prototype in front of the judges on the day of the brainstorm event.

Description

It is a technical paper presentation contest for papers under ECE domain which should be in IEEE format.

RULES

1. Papers must be from ECE domain.
2. Papers must be in IEEE format. Refer IEEE Paper Format | Template & Guidelines (scribbr.com).
3. Minimum 2 maximum 4 members are allowed in each team.
4. Event consists of 2 rounds: Scrutiny round and Presentation round.
5. Papers must be submitted to the following email id: sdm.insignia.prastuti@gmail.com on or before 13/04/2024.
6. Shortlisted papers will be intimated through email on 16/04/2024.
7. There will be a presentation round of 10 mins followed by Q & A for 2 mins. (presentation format: .pptx)
8. Bring 2 hardcopies of the selected paper for the presentation round.
