Description

Welcome to the quadcopter workshop, where you`ll gain hands-on experience building your own flying machine. Get ready to dive into the world of aerodynamics and electronics as you bring your quadcopter to life!

RULES

    Day-1:
    1. The arrival to the college campus with the team should be 15 minutes before the arrival time.
    2. The College ID card is compulsory.
    3. Drone components considered under takeaway (BLDC motor, Electronic Speed Controller, Frame, Propeller, Battery).
    4. Any misbehavior/damages done during the workshop will lead to reduction in points for the further competition conducted.
    Day-2:
    1. Every participant should assemble near the ground on time.
    2. All participants are provided with transmitters & receivers and flight controller, which are to be shared among teams and returned at the end of the event. (They are not for individual takeaway.)
    3. The teams will be responsible for any damage for the shared items (transmitters & receivers and flight controller).
    4. Any practice or behavior deemed unsafe, such as flying above the maximum ceiling height, will result in immediate disqualification.
    5. Pilots are responsible for operating and maintaining their own equipment.
    6. Pilots must successfully fly through all gates, flags, and other obstacles on the course. If a pilot misses an obstacle, they must safely turn around and attempt the obstacle again.
    7. Each team will have 15 minutes to reach their target point. Within the allotted time, teams can make multiple attempts.
    8. Once pilots have successfully completed all laps, they must return to the start/finish pad, land and DISARM. Pilots must give the Pilot Line Director a “Thumbs Up” that they have completed their flight.
    9. All decisions made by the Race Director or Judge are final.

RULES

  3. Students should bring their own laptop with a better quality of networking.
  4. Students should attend the workshop at least 15 minutes before it starts.
  5. Any candidate misbehaving or damaging venue properties will have their candidacy canceled immediately and will be asked to leave the venue.
  6. They can take their kit after the completion of the workshop.

Description

Mechahunt, The idea of hunting for hidden mechanical treasures has always been exciting and adventurous. In mechahunt participants work in small teams to find the mechanical treasure with the help of the given clues. Mechahunt test your thinking ability and mechanical knowledge and give hands-on experience about mechanical parts.

RULES

  1. Participants should carry their College ID`s, Insignia ID`s, Event registration receipt.
  2. Every participant must carry a valid ID card of their respective college.
  3. The participants will have to participate in teams where in each team consist of maximum 4 members and team must register for the event by paying rupees 600/- per team.
  4. For elimination rounds teams, have to appear for screening.
  5. The teams have to complete the prescribed task in the given time using materials /clues provided.
  6. Every round judgement will be done on the basis of the time taken by the teams to the finish the round.
  7. The decision of the judges will be final and binding in any circumstances.
  8. The participant must adhere to spirit of healthy competition. The coordinators reserve the right to disqualified any team in indulging in misbehaviour.
